It includes the state or jurisdiction filing fee (we file and pay it on your behalf), the first-year registered-agent service, the operating documents, sanctions screening, and any KYC required for the tier. The only things not included are renewals after year one and clearly-labeled add-ons (apostille, expedited service).
How does the BTC rate lock work?
When you add a product to cart, BitSettle, the ecosystem's Bitcoin and USDT settlement rail, quotes the BTC and sats amount at the current rate and locks it for 60 minutes. Pay within the window in BTC (on-chain or Lightning) or USDT, and you pay the locked rate. Window expires; we re-quote at current spot.
