1. Who we are

OffshoreGuy.com is a service of Bitcitizen LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We operate licensed local arrangements across 29 jurisdictions and ship operating documents drafted to the current jurisdictional statute.

We are not a law firm. We are not your attorney. We do not provide legal advice.

2. Scope of services

OffshoreGuy operates the formation administration, document drafting, payment-rail infrastructure, and the licensed local arrangements required to file with each jurisdiction's registry. We do not publish counterparty identities on customer-facing pages.

3. Payments

Accepted forms of payment are BTC (on-chain and Lightning) and USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), settled via BitSettle, our proprietary settlement system. We do not accept fiat. We do not process card payments. We never store your private keys.

Prices are denominated in USD at the database level and recalculated at checkout via BitSettle's spot rate. Your rate locks for 15 minutes when you add to cart.

4. Refunds

Refund policy is published separately at /docs/refund. Bitcoin payments are technically irreversible; please review that policy before purchasing.

5. KYC and sanctions

We screen every order against OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions lists. Tier 1 and Tier 2 KYC is performed by our regulated KYC partner. We block orders from sanctioned jurisdictions.

Our licensed local providers may collect additional UBO information per their statutory obligations. See the AML Policy for the full posture.

6. Liability

Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the specific order. We are not liable for licensed local provider delays, registry rejections, or banking decisions by third-party institutions.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
