What we collect

Tier 0 (orders under $1,000): email, country of residence, intended use statement.

Tier 1 ($1,000–$10,000): everything in Tier 0 plus government ID, proof of address, source-of-funds attestation via our KYC partner.

Tier 2 (over $10,000): everything in Tier 1 plus UBO declaration and source-of-wealth documentation.

Why we collect it

To complete your formation, to comply with our own DNFBP posture, and to forward UBO information to your jurisdiction's licensed local provider who is legally required to identify you.

Analytics

We use Plausible (cookie-free, privacy-first) for page-level analytics and PostHog for product-event analytics with IP anonymization. We do not run Google Analytics. We do not run Meta Pixel. We do not run TikTok pixels.

Document storage

Generated documents (Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, etc.) are stored encrypted at rest in Cloudflare R2, scoped to your customer account. You can download or delete them from your dashboard.

Request export of your data: privacy@offshoreguy.com.

Request deletion: privacy@offshoreguy.com. We will retain only the records we are legally required to retain (typically 5 years for KYC under FATF guidance).
