Refund Policy

Bitcoin payments are irreversible. Our refund policy is honest about what that means for you.

Effective: 2026-06-13

24-hour grace period

If you change your mind within 24 hours and the formation has not yet been submitted to the registry, you get a full refund: in BTC at the original rate, or in USDT, at your choice. No questions asked.

After submission

Once the formation has been submitted to the registry, refunds are limited to OffshoreGuy's service fee. State and government fees, and any third-party costs already paid out on your behalf, are non-refundable. We will continue the formation in good faith.

KYC rejection

If KYC or sanctions screening blocks your order, you receive a full refund of your service fee minus a $25 processing charge. State and registry fees may not be recoverable depending on the jurisdiction.

Registry rejection

If the registry rejects your filing for reasons we could not foresee, we refund the service fee in full and credit the state fee toward a re-filing in a different jurisdiction if you choose.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned on the same rail you paid on. If you paid in BTC or USDT via BitSettle, the refund goes to an address you control; cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, so you are responsible for providing a correct destination address. If you paid by card or ACH via Stripe, the refund is returned to the original payment method.
