Operator-grade use case
Required for US banking, US contracting (W-9 / W-8BEN-E flows), and most US-domiciled LLC operations. Standard EIN application via SS-4 fax takes 4-6 weeks. We handle the fax submission, the responsible-party declaration, and the EIN delivery.
Most common use: non-US founder forms a Wyoming or New Mexico LLC, immediately attaches an EIN, then takes both to a US business-banking partner for account opening. The whole flow runs in 4-7 weeks end-to-end.
If you're a US person with an SSN, the standalone EIN attachment is unnecessary. IRS issues EINs to US persons through the online SS-4 portal in minutes.
